Why Choose Christopher Simpkins?

Simpkins has dedicated his legal career almost exclusively to defending the rights and interests of individuals who are under investigation or have been arrested for alleged criminal conduct throughout Texas.

Using scientific and technical knowledge to attack the prosecution’s evidence, Simpkins will present a compelling, effective, and cutting-edge defense against alleged criminal conduct charges involving forensic evidence or “novel” scientific evidence.

A Superior Knowledge of the Law

Prior to founding his practice, Simpkins was raised in San Antonio, Texas, and obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, before returning home to complete his education at St. Mary’s University School of Law.
